Opinion.

Recently had a hdd failure and this was one of those utils that I had to find to reinstall. It's simple to use and does what it needs to. Love the fact that it does subdirectories as well.

integrating photos with an xhtml site

Handy but not complete

Nice tool, but didn't do the trick for me. I needed to uppercase the 3rd string from the left... just that. Wrote a small dos batch file to do the work.

Very handy tool.

Very easy user interface, easy install and great animated demo that makes it easy to use. Missing the feature to change file extensions to uppercase as well though. Looking forward to that in the next version.

Solved recurring Problem

I have a recurring problem with folders of files that are mixed-case. From file-names to photos. Having the ability to quickly change the case of the filename AND/OR the extension is a very big time savings - especially being able to do so withing the construct of the 'properties' window

Fast and helpful....

Simple and easy - just install it and the program will add a new tab to file properties, that will let you change the case of the file name or extension or both
Useful when uploading files to web sites where the thoughtless webmaster allows files only in lowercase during form validation (eg refusing to upload .JPG where .jpg is allowed)

Piece of cake

Does what is says it will do with great efficiency. Only glitch is that the docs do not specify that you need to go to the properties of the folder/file and use the CASE tab to use it. Great for renaming files one at a time or multiple files in multiple directories in one fell swoop.

some bugs?

For some reasons, this app can't change the case of certain folders (e.g. My Music, My Videos). if i were to select all sub-folders in My Documents directory, this app will hang on me. Other than this bug, fileTweak case works like a charm. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs it.
